[Sls-slp] Latest Session Control White Book Updates

Dear SLP WG,

Dennis Lee provided us with his version of the SPDU Type 5 Ranging Directive.
For now, I have added it into the Annex for the Type 5 directives, i.e., Annex E since we had 4 spares available . It will be the ‘100’ directive. Now there are 3 spares remaining.

Please review the updates (Word revision feature shows it in RED) and let me know if you have comments/concerns.
Again, this is in response to the need of the LNIS.

I have also placed it onto our CWE directory.
