[Sls-slp] Quick Updates to SLP GBs related to AOS Version 2 SCID Change

Dear SLP WG,

Attached please find two of our SLP WG Green books, that required minor editing due to the approval of extending the AOS Version 2 SCID from 8 bits to 10 bits.
These Green Books are:


  1.  Overview of Space Comm Protocols 130.0-G
  2.  Space data link protocol green book 130.2-G

The changes are contained to the SCID section within each document.
The only other change is the reference to the USLP protocol and Green Book to the 130.2-G document. Since USLP like Prox-1 has its own dedicated Green Book, there is no need to discuss it in detail in 130.2-G.

Please let me know if you find any issues or have any concern with this approach.
I would like to provide final edited copies of these two GBs to our AD by Nov. 19, 2024, since the changes are so minor and Green Books are under the control of the WG.
