[Sls-slp] SLP WG discussion on Prox-1 split up into 3 separate books

Sorry, I can’t make the meeting this morning. The general division makes sense to me. The COP document does have massive expansion from the COP sections of the singe-document version, and I have not had a chance to review that content in detail, so I hope that I’ll have a chance to do so as part of the way forward.

Now that Tom Gannett has generated the draft white books that split Prox-1 Space Data Link Protocol into 3 separate books (COP, Session Control, Prox-1 Link layer), let’s meet to discuss our thoughts including a way forward with the documents.
