[Sls-slp] SLP Telecon #2 - USLP Blue Book Updates-

Dear SLP WG,

Based upon the poll, the majority of us can hold this telecon on Friday, Feb. 17.

In preparation for us to be fully prepared for the Spring 2023 meeting in Huntsville, Alabama USA, occurring in the week of May 7, let’s streamline the discussion there by address any concerns now.

Focus for this telecon:

Goal is to gain consensus on the pending changes to USLP in preparation for releasing the blue book for agency review (The focus is on adding the VCA and VCP packet services, the SDLS changes, and ‘one or more USLP frames per CLTU’ to the document)

The URL below provides the SLP WG CWE location of the current USLP Blue Book. Please review it and I would appreciate your comments towards making them as accurate and complete as possible.
