[Sls-slp] Virtual CCSDS SLP WG - Monday May 9

Dear SLP WG members,

Given that we will have virtual meetings, I propose that the SLP WG meet on May 9 at 7 AM (Pacific Time) to discuss our business.
Currently, the items we have on the agenda are:


  1.  Modification to the Proximity-1 Space Data Link Protocol based upon Faramaz Davarian’s proposal for the  use of Prox-1 at S-band
  2.  Comments on “Packet Protocols” Green Book (SPP & EPP combined) – new Green Book
  3.  Comments on Overview of Space Comm Protocols GB – CCSDS 130.0

Please let me know if you have any other issues to discuss.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [CCSDS-All] CCSDS Spring 2021 Technical and CESG Meetings will be held remotely

Dear CCSDs community members,

Again it is my responsibility to tell you that the spring 2022 Technical and CESG meetings will be held remotely. NASA had hoped to host the meetings in-person, but concerns regarding international travel have prevailed.

As with meetings the last several cycles, Working Groups will meet remotely instead of in-person. The CESG will discuss potential approaches for remote meetings and will provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a later date. A page will be added to the CCSDS pubic website for these remote meetings and will provide a single source of information and resources.

The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>.
