[Sls-slp] Final meeting minutes of Sept 30 TIM between SLP & CS WG

Dear SLP, SDLS, and C&S WG,

Please see the URL below which contains the final joint meeting minutes of the TIM held on Sept. 30, 2021 between the C&S and the SLP WG which discussed two major issues – 1) coherence in our PIDs to the SLS AD on the review of the latest proposed changes to the  SLE return and forward services. Most of these changes concerned the addition of variable length frames to the space to ground link along with how the SLE forward and SLE ROCF services handle the SDLS FSR.

There are two files in this directory. A final version as well as a red lined version (V2) which shows the comments I received incorporated into the draft version circulated yesterday.
