[Sls-slp] RID Resolution to Order of Processing between the COP-1 and SDLS in TC SDLP Blue Book (232.0)

Dear SLP and SDLS WG members,

Today during our 2nd virtual SLP WG meeting, the SLP WG came to consensus on incorporating clarifications to the text in Sections 4.3.5, 4.4.5, and  6.4.2 in the 232.0 (TC Space Data Link Protocol) blue book.
The changes made were the result of a NASA RID that I wrote concerning these sections of the affected document.

In addition, we swapped out the previous figure 6-3 in 232.0 with the End-to-End Order of Processing Diagram that Craig Biggerstaff provided along with an accompanying table (relabeled table 6-1) added to provide the detailed CCSDS document references to each step in Craig’s figure.

My understanding is that this revised 232.0 TC SDLP draft blue book will provide the starting point for the SDLS WG to evaluate these changes for incorporation into the SDLS GB (350.5) to be discussed at tomorrow’s SDLS WG meeting.
