[Sls-slp] Updated Proposed RID resolutions to 211.0-P-5.2 Proximity-1 Space Data Link Protocol Pink Sheets

Dear SLP WG,

Based upon comments received, I have created a new “version 2” proposal (see the new version 2 filenames now in CWE) for both the NASA as well as the ESA RIDs on 211.0-P-5.2 Proximity-1 Space Data Link Protocol Pink Sheets. The updates only affect NASA RID 2 as well as ESA RIDs: 5, 6, and 8. Hopefully you will have time to review them before tomorrow’s Webex SLP WG meeting tomorrow.
