[Sls-slp] Updated SLP WG agenda

Attached and also provided for posting by the CCSDS secretariat, is the updated SLP WG agenda for the Fall CCSDS meeting next week.
I have added an agenda item for the preliminary discussion on updating/revising the Space Packet Protocol (SPP)  CCSDS 133.0-B-1<https://public.ccsds.org/Pubs/133x0b1c2.pdf> , which was last issued in Sept. 2003.
