[Sls-slp] Slight update to draft pink sheet to Pro-1 space data link protocol

Dear SLP WG,

About a month ago, I emailed you proposed updates to the Proximity-1 Space Data Link Protocol (CCSDS 211.0-B-5) due to the addition of the Version-4 (USLP) transfer frame. I have received a few comments and have incorporated them into a new version of those pink sheets. Please view the latest version with the date of July 19 in the title under the URL:

In the month of September, I will generate a doodle poll, so that the SLP WG can participate in a telecon to discuss these proposed changes. The changes are very slight and involve text that includes the Version-4 option over the Proximity-1 space data link. Basically, where ever this blue book talks about Version-3 frame, we now allow the option of the Version-4 frame.

Hopefully by then we should also have the USLP RED-3 version, so that we can discuss the draft PICs Proforma in Annex A as well.
