[Sls-slp] Red lined versions of USLP books before RED-2 issue

Dear SLP member,

The URL below is the input copy to the CCSDS Secretariat with the purpose of starting with this version to generate the RED-2 USLP book. This version is based upon the RID resolutions that were agreed to at our Rome meeting. Tom Gannett will soon release the clean version but in case you choose to comment on the red lined version, you are more than welcome.

Also the draft USLP Green Book has also been updated based upon the comments made and the consensus arrived at the meeting in Rome. The URL for this edited version is below.
