[Sls-slp] USLP RIDS with proposed resolutions on CWE now

Dear SLP WG members,

We have received RIDs on USLP RED-1 from NASA and CNES.
I have reviewed them and I have generated initial RID dispositions to them.

We will be working on the final disposition of these RIDs at the SLP WG meetings in Rome.

Also I was asked by Gian Paolo to add an agenda item to our meeting agenda in Roma concerning the following:

A. Should 200.0-G-6 Telecommand Summary of Concept and Rationale Green Book remain on the website or be retired  because the material is obsolete ?

B. Should 700.0-G-3 Advanced Orbiting Systems, Networks and Data Links: Summary of Concept, Rationale and Performance remain as an active Green Book or be retired because the material is obsolete ?

C. Reconfirmation check to be made at the Roma meeting for 133.1-B-2 Encapsulation Service
