So now I ask you to email me and the SLP distribution list to let us know if this April 26 version is good enough i.e., of sufficient quality to go to Red-1 status. By good enough I mean certainly not perfect but on the other hand not having so many errors that the RID process would overwhelm us. If we obtain consensus, I will ask our area director to generate a resolution to the CESG/CMC for approval to Red-1. Then I will work with Tom Gannett to turn the book around in time so that an Agency review can take place with the goal of concluding it before the Rome meeting. Therefore I will inform our area director to poll both CESG/CMC and request that the book become RED-1. In addition, I will work with Tom Gannett to get the book in order for publication with the goal of having sufficient time for a RED-1 agency review before the Rome meeting.
