[Sls-slp] Latest Version of USLP Green Book on CWE

Dear SLP members,

Please find the latest version (Aug 22, 2016) of the USLP Green book on the CWE at:

If no futher updates are made (which is what I anticipate at this time) then this version will be the one we discuss at the CCSDS Fall Meetings in October in Rome. Please review it and let me know if you have any questions of comments.
