[Sls-slp] SANA Register for spacecraft Id updated

Dear All,
        please be informed that the SANA Register for spacecraft Id has 
been updated to show both values of SCID and GSCID.
The new registry format is now available on the SANA website:    
http://sanaregistry.org/r/spacecraftid/spacecraftid.html

Thanks to the SANA guys for the improvement.
