[Sls-slp] Two new SLP Projects going to CMC Polling

Dear SLP WG,

This email is just to inform you that the following two SLP Project will go to CMC polling soon, as a result of reaching consensus on the concept paper that was worked out during the Spring 2014 meeting in Noordwijerhoot.

These projects are:

Blue Book Project        http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispForm.aspx?ID=390
