Subject: Some practical info about San Antonio meetings

I see that Nick provided this input for the opening plenary.
I guess it is stable but be careful and take it as a early warning   :o)


Registration and the Secretariat area will be in the lobby of Building 263.
Meeting and break schedules will be as follows:
Start time            08:45
Coffee break     10:30-10:50
Lunch Break      12:30-13:30
Coffee Break     15:30-15:50
End time  17:30
Coffee will be available in central locations during the morning and afternoon breaks.
No host lunch available in the  cafeteria (Building 161) and outside the SWRI campus.
Please conclude meetings on time and wear badges at all times.
Please let the Secretariat staff know as soon as possible if you will not be using your meeting room at your scheduled time.
Wireless internet is available in all the meeting rooms.
On site parking is free.
