Unfortunately, we have already released this SLS GB (CCSDS 130.2-G-2) in Nov. 2012; this update was done specifically for the data link layer protocols due to the number of retransmissions parameter update for COP-1.

However, CCSDS 130.2-G-2 will also need to be updated for the SDLS and general maintenance issues since 2007.
