[Sls-slp] SDLS proposed changes to AOS Space Data Link Protocol

Dear SLP WG,

Now you will see the proposed update to the AOS Space Data Link Protocol (similar to TM and TC). Again I am asking you for your comments by Jan. 24, 2012. A important point to consider is the proposed optional parameter in this proposal for handling of frames failing verification of the authentication signature.
