        the books mentioned below are available in CWE at  at http://tiny.cc/201110   (*) in a dedicate folder named "Proximity-1.docs".
The 3 books address the 5 years review (i.e. no LDPC Codes addition).
A dedicated version with the addition of LDPC Codes will be provided soon.

Dear All,

please find attached the proposed revision to the Proximity-1 Physical Layer, Coding and Synch Sublayer and Data Link Layers Blue Books.

The main interest of the RFM WG with respect to the last two books is to make sure that they are consistent with the first one.

The revision marks take into account the results of an independent review done within ESA of the books revised per ESA/NASA/UKSA agreement and cleaned-up prior to the internal review. It is likely that also NASA may present some change requests.

It is my intention to discuss them first at the RFM WG and then at the joint meeting with SLP and C&S WGs.
