I have placed two copies of the baseline Prox-1 Data Link Layer document, as a result of the May 2011 Berlin Meeting in the SLP CWE under the URL:

There is a clean copy without Word Revision Feature marks and the original edited version with all revision marks turned on.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this document.

It is from this baselined document that the actual Agency Review will take place.
