[Sls-slp] Prox-1 Blue Book amendments for discussion for Spring Meeting 2010

Dear SlS-SLP members,

Three files have been uploaded to CWE for Proximity-1: a draft of each
of the three Prox-1 Blue Books, with the collected comments and
suggested changes from various people.  

The files have been prepared following discussions at the Fall 2009
Meeting and it is planned to discuss them in the SLS-SLP WG at the
Spring 2010 Meeting.
