Happy New Year, everyone!

I have attached the Meeting Room Request form for Spring 2010 Technical Meeting in Portsmouth, Virginia.  The dates of this meeting are 3-7 May 2010.

Our goal is to have the meeting registration site opened by 1 March 2010 so in order to give the Secretariat staff enough time to build the registration site, I would ask that you return your completed forms to me no later than 29 January 2010.  If you know of a colleague who will not be able to meet this deadline because they are out of the office, please let me know as soon as possible.
