[Sls-slp] Edits to Proximity-1 Space Data Link Protocol in SLS-SLP CWE public folder now

Dear SLS-SLP members,

I have placed the current SLP WG working version of the CCSDS Space Data Link Protocols document on the CWE under the new Fall public folder in:

I have also created two additional files which contain the recent correspondence between Marjorie de Lange Long, myself and several others regarding some of the issues in updating this specification in anticipation of the 5-year review.

The review of the Prox-1 Space Data Link protocol will be one of the major topics for discussion at our Fall CCSDS meeting in London in October.
