[Sls-slp] Space Link Identifiers Pink Sheet for discussion at SLS-SLP meeting at ESTEC

The Space Link Identifiers Pink Sheet including the removal of IPV4 as a recognized CCSDS Packet Version Number has been placed in the CWE under

Please see the following changes:

1.       Table 7-6

2.       Annex D

This change was on hold until final confirmation was received from RFSA and BNSC.

Note that to date all CCSDS agencies polled including RFSA and BNSC have reported that there are no objections to removing it.
