[Sls-slp] Executive Summaries Draft GB

Dear SLS_SLP WG,

Tom Gannett has updated the draft Executive Summaries green book, which I 
have attached to this email.

I would appreciate it, if you can give me feedback on this draft document. 
Tom indicated that it contains some sections that are redundant and are 
best summarized in one section. Please respond by July 23, 2007.

My goal is to make the book read easier, fix up the redundant parts, and 
once this is done, ask Jean-Luc Gerner for a resolution to request a CESG 
review of it.
