[Sls-slp] Both alternatives attached

All,

I've attached both candidate pink sheets to the Prox-1 Physical Layer 
specification concerning the data rate stability requirements to this email.

The difference is the issue about symbol to symbol stability addressed in 
the 2nd attachment.

We will discuss these sheets at the meeting in Athens during the joint 
RF&MOD/Prox-1 Build-2 meeting.
