Dear WG members,

Please note that the Proximity-1 Physical Layer pink sheets concerning the 
addition of data rate stability requirements is on the CCSDS web site under 
agency review. See http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/rids/open.aspx

Please take a look and let me know if you have any concerns.

These pink sheets are a result of the action item assigned at the Spring 
2005 CCSDS meeting regarding the value and the wording for the short term 
data rate stability requirement for the Proximity-1 Physical layer.
