Dear SLS-SLPers,

Attached is a draft application profile for high rate uplink missions. 
Please review this draft and let me know if you have any comments.

Also, can you let me know of any emerging missions from your space agencies 
that would fit this profile?

This is a topic I would like to develop further and put onto the agenda for 
the Spring 2005 SLS-SLP meeting in Athens.
