[Sls-slp] Spring 2005 Meeting Dates

Dear SLS-SLPers,

This message is to confirm that the Spring 2005 CESG meeting will now be held
as follows:

THURSDAY, 07 APRIL:  CESG Meeting
FRIDAY, 08 APRIL:    Joint CESG meeting with CMC
MONDAY, 11 APRIL:    Joint OMG/CCSDS Plenary (PM)

Area and WG meetings will occur as previously planned from 11-15 April. All
CCSDS meeting events will be hosted by the Object Management Group and will
be held in the:

Athens Ledra Marriott Hotel
Syngrou Avenue
Athens, 11745 Greece

The OMG has confirmed that a block of sleeping rooms will be available to
CCSDS delegates in the Marriott, at the special OMG-negotiated "OMG/CCSDS
EUROPE TECHNICAL MEETING" rate of 150 Euros (approx. 192 US Dollars),
starting on 06 April. Please ask for this special rate when making
reservations.

You may make your reservations via the OMG website at http://www.omg.org and
clicking on the "Athens Greece" banner under "Upcoming Events", or by going
directly to http://www.omg.org/registration/registration-info.htm. Also, a
hotel reservation form is attached to this message.

The cutoff date for making hotel reservations is Monday, February 21, 2005.

Please note that CCSDS delegates do NOT have to pay the OMG meeting fee.
CCSDS registration will occur, as usual, via the CCSDS website. Please
contact Debbie Ronning if you have any questions.
