[Sls-slp] Revised Green Book on Overview of Space Link Protocols

Dear colleagues,

Attached is a revised Green Book on Overview of Space Link Protocols. 
This GB was officially published as Issue 1 in June 2001 but needed to 
be updated because the Proximity-1 Recommendation was divided into 
three separate Recommendations. When approved by CCSDS, this will be 
published as Issue 2.

You can check what I have changed from Issue 1 by "highlighting 
changes" capability of Word.
