[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS EP Green Book for publication

Dear all,

The WG has agreed on a final draft of the SDLS EP Green Book which has undergone Area Director review and escaped this morning's WG meeting with only a couple of minor edits.  The version from today's meeting has been copied to the CWE Private area at https://cwe.ccsds.org/sls/docs/SLS-SEA-DLS/CWE%20Private/SDLS%20EP%20Green%20Book/SDLS%20EP%20Green%20v3%202024-05-01.docx?d=wde57c16957aa466d95ff4b8414d2c36d.  Thanks to all who contributed and provided many good review comments.

I believe our next step will be a WG resolution to the CESG requesting publication of this Green Book.
