Hi Gilles,

A bit of pedantic comment (apologies for this), but maybe it is  good to clarify it.

At the bottom of p. 6, where Kyber (which will be the baseline) Is mentioned , you can also add, as we discussed, Classic McEliece (for cases where long term public key does not need to be renewed, or it is expected to be renewed very rarely, or throughput is big enough to accommodate its renewal), and FrodoKEM (for more conservative missions)
