[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS EP GB published

Dear all,

The SDLS Extended Procedures Green Book 350.11-G-1 has been posted to the CCSDS public web site:  https://public.ccsds.org/Pubs/350x11g1.pdf.

I do notice that the document title was mangled a bit in publication.  The version the WG submitted to the Secretariat was titled "Space Data Link Security (SDLS) Extended Procedures - Concept and Rationale".  The published version is titled "Space Data Link Security (SDLS) - Extended Procedures - Summary of Concept of Rationale".  That's grammatically odd; I don't know what it would take to correct it before the next revision cycle.

Anyway, many thanks to everyone for your contributions.  Good to see this finally published.
