[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS EP Green Book draft

Dear SDLS WG,

I received numerous editorial updates to the SDLS Extended Procedures Green Book over the summer.  Only now am I getting around to circulating an updated GB:

There are no technical changes from the previous review copy I circulated in May.  All changes are editorial adjustments to the wording of various passages.  Here is a (hard to read) markup copy with changes tracked:
