[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS EP Green Book draft

Dear SDLS WG,

Attached is an updated SDLS EP Green Book with only minor text adjustments as we discussed in Toulouse, as well as correction of a number of 'hard coded' Word cross-references.  This copy should be suitable for review as a final (?!) draft during our upcoming WG meeting.  I do hope we can deliver this book to the secretariat for publication soon.
