[Sls-sea-dls] Email Thread - Proposal to Change the order of the COP & SDLS Functions in TC SDLS

Dear SDLS WG,

Attached is a record of the email traffic exchanged on the topic of ‘order of processing between the COP and SDLS functions’ in the CCSDS 232.0-B (TC Space Data Link Protocol Blue Book), under the purview of the SLP WG. The intent of this record is to make everyone aware of the current discussion points to prepare for our joint meeting on this topic. The joint meeting is planned for Wed. Oct 19, 2022 from 16:00 to 18:00 CEST.
