[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS 355.0-B-2 draft and publication resolution

Please find attached the draft Issue 2 of SDLS Core Protocol Blue Book (355.0-B-2). All dispositions of Pink Sheets (355.0-P-1.1) Agency Review have been inserted. The modification with respect to the Pink Sheets are flagged.

I also attach, for comment and approval, the draft resolution for 355.0-B-2 publication.
