[Sls-sea-dls] SDLS EP Green Book - proposed updates

Dear Gilles, Howie at al,,

Following recent interaction with one of our ESA suppliers, our discussion 
yesterday for the Start SA change proposal and a re-reading of the current 
SDLS EP GB draft, I have uploaded to the CWE meeting folder an annotated 
version of the SDLS EP GB.

The file name includes my initials at the end.

I believe it may partly answer to actions previously assigned to me for 
the edition of the document.
