Dear Gilles, Howie,

ESA would like to include a point in the agenda concerning the current CCSDS SDLS EP Blue Book.

 - Start SA Command - simplification for flight projects with static SA allocation to GVC/GMAP IDs

Out of discussions with an implementer we have just realised (and I mean this week!) that the Start SA command for missions with static SA allocation do not need the GVC/GMAP ID data in the EP PDU field.
Just the identification of the SA to start with the SPI is sufficient.

We would like to discuss with the WG a possible modification proposal to introduce the option to allow for a shortened Start SA command only for those missions.

We would also like to share some valuable feedback, which could be documented in the SDLS EP Green Book.
However, this we can do under the already identified agenda item for the Green Book.

Dear SDLS WG member,

I propose to hold our WG fall web meeting on the same date that were scheduled for our face to face meeting in Toulouse. Therefore, I propose to set up 2webconfs on :

-          Wednesday 28 october : 15H-18H (CET)

-          Thursday 29 october : 15h-18H (CET)

with the attached proposed agenda.

I attach also the MoM of our spring meeting together with the 2 documents under work:

-          SDLS extended procedures Green Book

-          SDLS Core Protocol pink sheets
