This cancellation came as no surprise given the sanitary conditions. Our face-to-face meeting scheduled on May 6-7 will be likely replaced by a webmeeting at the same date. I will forward the connection details and proposed agenda in the near future.

Dear CCSDS Participants,

Regretfully, it is my responsibility to inform you that the CCSDS Technical and CESG Meetings scheduled for May 2020 in Huntsville, Alabama have been cancelled. Due to the current health concerns and travel restrictions, it will not be possible to meet in person. If you have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them now.

The CESG is discussing potential approaches for remote meetings and will provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a later date.

The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>.
