Please find the last draft version of the document at the following location
in CWE:

This version is a revision of the draft produced after the June 2016 Webex.
It includes the following:
- check of American English usage;
- updated drawings supplied by Craig in July 2016 and
- almost complete Annex D (a couple of points to be discussed).

A yellow highlight identifies the text that was updated for the June Webex as
well as the new text on Annex D.
A few formatting and referencing issues need to be fixed.
