Thank you all for your kind words. Ever since we resolved the CESG poll conditions, I have been a bit like the old movie stereotype of a new father nervously pacing the hallways outside the delivery room... All of us in the WG can take satisfaction in contributing vital pieces of the puzzle, and enjoy some well-earned relief at its completion.
Onward to the Extended Procedures!
Craig

And let me add my congratulations to the hard working members of the Working Group. We are a combined set of space link experts and security geeks - who would ever think that could possibly work? :--)
It took a long time, with a lot of discussion, a lot of changes, and a lot of work to prove that it works. Thank you to the authors and especially Craig Biggerstaff who took on the unenviable job of primary author/editor. Thank you implementers and testers from CNES, NASA, and ESA who took on the job of independently and successfully interpreting the written specification and successfully performing interoperability tests.
Congratulations!!
Regards
Howie

Dear SDLS WG member,
After 6 years of development of the SDLS protocol blue book, we finally made it to publication : publication has just been approved by CMC (see attached mail).
Many thanks to all contributors with a special mention for our technical editor Craig who managed to write a coherent high quality document while keeping track of our continuous modifications. We now can concentrate on the SDLS green book and the extended procedures blue book which are much needed complements to our first blue book.
Best regards,
Gilles MOURY
