I have inserted the spec in §4.2.2. This spec is for a unique 32-bit FSR containing a digest of the SDLS on-board function status. A single FSR seems to me the best compromise in terms observability / complexity. We can of course discuss it at our upcoming meeting. The major changes in the document are:" Addition of Frame Security Report/ Command Link Security Report Addition of Monitoring and Control service spec A number of points need discussion during the meeting (also commented on in the document). It would be good if you could start thinking about them already: TLV Application: The proposal is good and should be applied to all services, not only the Security Association Management Service (I think that was more or less also agreed in the last meeting). We need to come to an agreement regarding a spec for this and how the data units are described (see Section 5) Level of detail regarding service parameters: There is a big difference in the level of detail of the service parameters between the services. It needs to be discussed, which one is most appropriate. That should then be applied across No update from Craig regarding Security Associations Management Security Association interface between EP and SDLS (see Section 4.3) Tag table assignment needs to be discussed (see Table 5-1) SDLS Monitoring and Control service PDU specs incomplete and without images No PDU spec for SA Management Service yet For the best reading experience I suggest to review in "Final" setup. :) Cheers and see you all next week (hopefully....Lufthansa is on strike), Daniel Dr. Daniel Fischer ---------------------------- Data Systems Manager Ground Systems Engineering Support Office Ground Systems Engineering Department Directorate of Human Spaceflight and Operations European Space Agency - ESOC Robert-Bosch-Str. 5 D-64293 Darmstadt - Germany Tel: +49 (0) 6151 90 2718 - Fax: +49 (0) 6151 90 2718 Web: http://www.esa.int This message and any attachments are intended for the use of the addressee or addressees only. This scheme , called "spacewire internet tunnel server", is described in section 4 of the attached paper. This server is setup on an external machine and act as a relaying server for the bidirectional traffic. Is this of any value for the analysis you are performing to solve the interoperability pb over the internet. The paper describes as well the firewall problem and the way it was solved by setting up a dedicated server to allow connection from several clients.
