[Sls-rng] Cancellation of Ranging WG meeting on May 4

Dear All,
given that our last project has been completed with the approval by CMC as
per email below, the RNG WG has finished all the tasks assigned to and
does not need to meet anymore in the afternoon of May 4. I will ask the
SLS-AD to consider disbanding the RNG WG.
Thanks to all (with few exceptions) for the cooperative spirit ......
