[Sls-rng] Input papers list for the CCSDS RNG Pasadena meeting in May

Dear All,

so far I have received the following draft titles:

SLS-RNG_09-01   DLL impairments to PN ranging           Timetech for ESA
SLS-RNG_09-02   Draft PN ranging green book             ESA

Please remember that April 26 (Sunday night) is the deadline for a paper 
to be accepted for discussion. Paper 02 is already more than 120 pages 
long and will require a substantial amount of time to discuss.

Should you plan to submit additional contributions by April 26, please let 
me have the tentative title in advance.
