[Sls-rng] logistics for next week's mtg at ESOC

Please remember to have an ID on you for ESOC gate checks.

ESOC address is: Robert-Bosch-Strasse 5 in Darmstadt. The switch-board 
number is 900 (06151-900 if calling outside Darmstadt.) In case of 
problems, ask the operator of me or of my secretary Heike Schweitzer.

We will meet in room H-II (one of the conference rooms on the first level 
in the H building) for the whole week,

Start time is 9:00. Lunch is around 13:00 - I am trying to have a table 
reserved for us.  We will have a coffee break around 10:30 and one around 
15:30 (coffee/tea is the only thing we can offer you - sorry for that.)

I am trying to get a wireless connection for non-ESA users in the room 
H-II while keeping access also to ESA wireless users. It seems feasible.

Last but not least, for our Californian colleagues, it is cold right now 
(temperatures in the negative centigrade range) but we have not seen the 
snow yet.
