[Sls-rng] Agenda for the RF&Modulation and Ranging WG meetings in Athens

Papers will follow.

Given the low number oif inputs I would recommend to think about squeezing
the RFM discussions to Tuesday 12 while anticipating the RNG work to
Wednesday 13 (morning and possibly after the joint meeting with coding WG.)
If we are successful we could then all attend the coding WG on Thursday 14,
which I understand will be the most interesting item of the week.

Let's discuss my proposal as first thing on Tuesday 12.
