[Sls-rng] Logistics for CCSDS Meeting in Pasadena

Dear All,

as announced in Paris, the next meeting of the RF and Modulation WG as well as
of the Ranging WG will take place in Pasadena, CAL from October 18 through
October 22.

It is currently foreseen to have the RF&MOD WG meet Monday-Wednesday, the RNG WG
meet Thursday with Friday as contigency.

A draft agenda will be prepared as soon as possible. For this, please send me a
preliminary list of the papers you intend to present say by September 23. I will
issue the preliminary agenda one day later.

The meeting will take place be held at the Weston Hotel, located at:

191 North Los Robles, Pasadena, California 91101.

Please note that the deadline for obtaining the good room rate is September 17.

Attached, please find a preliminary set of information for the October meeting.

Note the 17 September end date for making hotel reservations in order to get the
good room rate.

It, might be a good idea to send this preliminary information to potential
attendees by e-mail NOW so the won't miss out on the hotel discount.

Thereafter, we can add additional data  that you think would be helpful.
