Please find here below my suggestions, as discussed this morning during the RFM meeting.

Very similar sentences are figuring in the 883 blue book dedicated to lunar and martin 3GPP+Wifi.

For the future Lunar Proximity Blue Book:

The frequency band choices for lunar  Proximity Links is impacted by SFCG Recommendations. Therefore, adopters must ensure compliance with SFCG recommendations in terms of bands and related restrictions (references [1]).

[1]: in force version of SFCG recommendation 32-2R : Communication and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing frequency allocations and sharing in the lunar region.
For the current Proximity Blue Book (Physical Layer), currently dedicated to Mars:

The frequency band choices for martian Proximity Links is impacted by SFCG Recommendations. Therefore, adopters must ensure compliance with SFCG recommendations in terms of bands and related restrictions (reference [2]).
